Blanc and Gris want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full 30-day money back guaranteed. A small 15% restocking fee applies to cover the cost of administration. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You can return items for up to 30 days from the date you receive it. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.



All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.


While Blanc and Gris work very hard to ensure you receive your package in perfect conditions. We understand sometimes products are damaged during transit. 

When your order arrives please inspect the packaging of your item(s), if you notice any damage please have your driver make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damage, please refuse the shipment and have the driver note the packaged was refused because of damage. Please notify us of the damage by sending us an email to, we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

If your order arrives damaged or defective from the manufacturer, please contact us at within 5 business days to schedule a return within 30 days under these conditions. We'll make arrangements for our carrier to contact you and schedule a pick-up of your return. (Note: Return shipping charges will apply.)

In the case of damaged or defects that may occur for accessory parts, such as trays or wheels - we are unable to send replacements. Please contact the manufacturer directly to see if you can arrange for these types of replacements.
